Problem Statement: Despite a strong loyalty program driven by personalization and gamification, customer satisfaction with the app has plateaued . To drive sales, Starbucks leadership aims to increase adoption of mobile ordering and payment but faces barriers in user engagement.
Research Objective: This UX research project explores why some users are not adopting the Starbucks app and identifies opportunities to enhance the experience, boost engagement, and encourage mobile ordering and payment adoption.
